  • RAIN POLICY
    For outdoor events we will attempt to reschedule your event to a different day to best accommodate your schedule. We will offer a refund (minus the $100 nonrefundable deposit) if a date is not found to suit your schedule. Should you choose to keep your event on the scheduled day we can work with you to find a suitable in door location such as your home or another available venue.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    For non-weather-related cancellations we must receive written notice via email 14 days prior to your event. Due to the nature of our business & the preparation and planning that goes in to every event, cancellations after this grace period will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the price of the event.
  • CUSTOM EVENTS
    If you cannot find one of our pre-designed themes to fit the aesthetic of your event don’t worry! We would love to work with you to create a custom design to fit your specific event! Once we meet with you to get an idea of your vision, number of guests and location we will send a customized estimate via email for your approval.
  • DAMAGE FEE
    Equipment that is left unattended, stolen, or broken will be charged based on item(s) damaged/stolen to the card on file. This is non-negotiable & strictly enforced.
  • HOW TO PAY
    We accept all major CCs with a 3.5% service charge. We also accept Venmo, checks & cash. Please make checks payable to Sea & Soiree. Full payment is needed at time of delivery of service. For the $100 nonrefundable deposit due at booking your event or rental a credit card or Venmo is preferred.
