Our Story
Our names are Amanda and Lauren and we are the faces behind Sea & Soiree. What started as a conversation of shared dreams and interests while on a walk with our “doodle gang” in the Spring of 2022 turned into many months of planning, dreaming some more, and lots of behind the scene details. Our vision for Sea & Soiree is to share our love of beautiful details, sweet friendships/relationships, and of course a soiree you will never forget. Whether you choose to rent décor, have us design your event, or choose our portable bartending service Sea & Soiree looks forward to being part of your next gathering! We are both dedicated to delivering great customer service.

Amanda
Amanda has a long history and love of fashion, design, décor, and all things beauty which began when she studied fashion design & merchandising at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. From then she went on to owning her own storefront for almost 10 years. In 2015, she decided to sell her business and help her family in the construction industry as well as pursue another passion in the permanent cosmetics industry focusing on microblading. Her attention to detail and eye for beauty will show through all we do!
Lauren
You probably will recognize Lauren as the original owner of the local favorite, SoundSide Restaurant in Morehead City, NC for eleven years. She graduated from UNCW in Wilmington, NC majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in Business and began her entrepreneurship with SoundSide shortly after. Lauren was extremely hands on daily at the restaurant developing close relationships with patrons and staff while also perfecting her known cocktails which brought much joy. Lauren’s creativity shines through her knowledge of mixology, fine dining, and a true passion for creating an inviting and memorable atmosphere.
